OTTS, Inc. has formed a partnership with John Geer, President of Private Equity Partners. Together we are interested in management buy-outs, companies in distressed, companies who need capital for investment, could be going through a transition or in a turnaround situation, or the ownership is just looking to sell their company. We will look at companies with Revenues anywhere from $50M to $2B. and have a minimum EBITA of $10M.
